The grapes have been picked and crushed, and the harvest has been especially inspirational. The fruits of the vine are now fermenting and will soon be in the cellar to mature, probably ready for consumption at the start of the new year - 2008.

First indications are that this vintage will have a robust but natural flavour with hints of melancholy anger, and a rounded and soulful joy and happiness, finishing with a long lingering deliciously mellow and satisfying aftertaste.
